Using the Altair version of SIMH

I've added a link on the support page under "Additional Helpful Links" that contains the Altair version of SIMH with a ready to run disk image of Altair CP/M. It is configured as a development environment for assembling programs. This is how I do most of my development when I'm not in the mood for the slow "real" way on the Altair itself :)
