Where is SURVEY.COM

I suddenly got a zero size on several files that were delivered with the clone. No doubt my fault after running a hoked-up assembly, and no big deal for the standard CPM files like DDT and ASM. Those I have and can easily replace. But I can't find SURVEY.COM anywhere on the website and it is a pretty neat program that I never saw before. The Admin restore didn't get it back, and I assume it is on a prom somewhere, but thus far in my reading I have only gotten confused.

You can upload a disk image that includes SURVEY.COM into drive B or C (drive 1 or 2j and PIP SUVEY.COM to your drive. I believe the Burcon disk has SURVEY on it
