The AMON PROM on the 2SIOJP is 2K, so you can’t run a 63K build of CP/M if the PROM remains enabled. If you enable the EPROM auto-disable feature to get around this, then you’ll need to enable RAM on the FDC up through at least FC00.

I’d load the 56K version of CP/M onto your disk instead, enable RAM through F800 on the FDC, and leave the PROM enabled (auto EPROM disable switch off). Once CPM is running, you can run MOVCPM and let it size for the 62K in your system.
