Source for 517-D3433-5302-AR interface board connector?

Postby Curto » April 27th, 2022, 5:36 pm

Does anyone know a source for the 517-D3433-5302-AR right angle 50 pin connector for the interface board? I have searched high and low and cannot find stock. The only places I find with stock are with unknown sources overseas. I have to order from any "sketchy" places. I don't necessarily mind ordering from overseas if someone has past experience with a distributor...

Will accept any help.

Thanks,

Curt.

It’s relatively generic - you can substitute.

Yeah, generic. I got a bag of them off ebay for a couple of dollars. Just used a .1" double row 90 degree header. The kind you can cut to any length. I used quite a lot of them in other projects. Sure, there are no locks, and if you tried very hard you could get the cable in the wrong way around, but you would have to try hard. As to the no locks, My 8800c has been running continuously for over a month without a hiccup. It doesn't have to move much.
